We use your personal data for the following purposes:

Support portal
to plan, design, and implement features or bug fixes. We will extract the feedback and import it into our change and defect management system. Your personal identifiable information (email and name) will not be exported.

to send you product news and updates you have requested.
Apps
We use tracking in our apps to monitor anonymous user experience journeys from within our apps (provided by TelemetryDeck). TelemetryDeck is configured to collect anonymised or privacy-preserving analytics data that is designed not to directly identify individual users. All app data is stored on the users own device unless otherwise clearly stated in our privacy policy, the privacy section for the app in the Apple App Store, and on the app itself.
Our apps are designed to minimise the collection of personal and health-related information. Where an app processes personal or health information, this will be clearly explained within the app and in any app-specific privacy notice.
